It's easy to set up even if like me you have no experience with smart TV's. I left the plastic on the frame of the TV and the screen is free of scratches. It's been working fine from day one and I truly enjoyed watching movies and playing games. The only possible issue is that I didn't know how to fully secure the foot of the TV with the TV but that hasn't been an issue for me as the TV stands completely secure without additional screws. But I recommend not putting it anywhere where children or large pets could bump into the TV and potentially knock it over. I would truly appreciate it if you could pick the TV up at my address, due to my lack of upper arm strength for carrying it to the post office. Please don't hesitate to contact me.
