Who will deliver my order? Our AO Logistics drivers will drop your order off with you. Can you help with a question I have about an appliance I've had delivered? Sometimes they choose not to include a paper version with your product in favour of online manuals that help to reduce their carbon footprint and waste. But please remember this only applies to the purchaser, unfortunately our warranties are non-transferable. What happens if my item develops a fault? Will you send out an engineer to fix my item? No, we do not have any field engineers that can go out to visit you. Not all products have this option. Our experts will collect it safely and responsibly in our state-of-the-art facility. All we ask is that it's disconnected, empty and ready to go, due to current restrictions please leave your item to be collected at your front entrance. 100% of the cost of this service relates to safely transporting the product to our recycling plant. Fridge freezers need to be completely defrosted with any water, takeaways or milk cartons emptied out. If we're picking up a tumble dryer, washing machine or dishwasher, don't forget to unload that too. Step 2 We can collect your appliance from any room inside your home, so there's no need to move it to the front door before we arrive. Once we've got it, we'll take it to our state-of-the-art recycling facility in Telford to be sorted responsibly - saving you a trip to the tip. Our expert engineers find and fix problems to make sure everything's in full working order.

We do one final check to make sure our electricals work perfectly and get them cleaned up and looking fresh. Every electrical will get the protection it needs to make it to your door safe and sound. A fridge is no good on the doorstep.
